Last month Cherry Tiger celebrated our first award win of the year at the Employer Brand Management awards, on behalf of OneFamily. Up against the likes of Müller UK, Dixons Carphone and ING we won a creditable bronze in the ‘Best management of an employer brand through major corporate change’ category.
Our brand immersion project for OneFamily introduced over 200 employees to their new mission, vision, values and look and feel while underlining the power of the brand in their everyday working lives.
To date, 200+ employees have participated in the workshops. Exit questionnaires revealed that engagement levels have exceeded all expectations, consolidating our message throughout the business:
