Cherry Tiger worked with Homecrafts, one of the UK’s leading online arts and crafts suppliers, to improve their site usability. Homecrafts are a great bunch – full of enthusiasm and creativity – we’ve made sure the new site reflects that passion!
We focused on shopping experience and ensuring visitors could access the product they want quickly and easily – quite a task when you consider that there’s over 15,000 products available online! We also had an objective to help Homecrafts build a really strong online community.
Our ‘Let’s Talk’ and ‘Inspiration’ tabs enable everyone from novices to professional crafters to come to the site for inspiration; share their own ideas and work; review products and access a wealth of helpful tips and advice.
We’re all really happy with the new site; most importantly it’s now a much more fun place to visit. Our aim was to make visitors want to stay, explore, interact and really bring the brand to life.
