Great Leaps Forward

INTRODUCTION

Landmines and unexploded ordnance like bombs, missiles and grenades kill and injure thousands of men, women and children every year. They can lie in the ground for decades, trapping people in fear and poverty by preventing them from using their land. Mines Advisory Group (MAG) have worked in over 40 countries, helping to bring safety to people living in fear by clearing mines from their communities.

THE CHALLENGE

Having already worked with MAG on a variety of campaigns, including in social media and insert activity, they came to us with a new challenge to redesign their community fundraising pack. The pack was to be sent out to fundraisers as part of MAG’s objective to strengthen the supporter journey and grow DIY fundraising amongst supporters.

OUR RESPONSE

We’ve produced a great fundraising pack, with additional downloadable assets, to motivate supporters. It consists of a wallet and brochure packed full of fun ideas, practical hints and tips and inspiring stories from both fundraisers and MAGs frontline teams. A completely different brief from our previous work with MAG, it:

  • appeals to a wide range of audiences and ages
  • strengthens the relationship with existing fundraisers and engage new ones
  • stands out from the crowd in a very competitive environment
  • inspires great fundraising ideas, is practical, useful, reassuring and motivating.
  • is great fun!

“I’m so pleased we chose Cherry Tiger to design and deliver our Community Fundraising Pack. They really understood our brief and offered creative solutions to any problems that we encountered, whilst recognising our budget. They were flexible and adaptable, whilst helping us to keep the delivery of the materials on track. We’re incredibly happy with our fundraising pack and we think that Cherry Tiger did a brilliant job in helping us to realise our vision.”
