OneFamily seek to help their customers in ways that go beyond their award-winning product range. One way that they do this is through the OneFamily Foundation; it distributes a percentage of their profits to the people and projects that matter to OneFamily customers.
Cherry Tiger were challenged to design a pack for OneFamily’s members that highlighted how they could benefit from the OneFamily Foundation by applying for a Personal Grant. In a simple, self-mailing format we had to introduce the OneFamily Foundation, convey the easy Personal Grant application process, and drive the audience to visit the OneFamily Foundation website.
Knowing our main aim was to deliver Personal Grant applications, we sought to inspire members about ways they, or their family, friends or neighbours could use the help available from the OneFamily Foundation. Customer stories helped bring Personal Grants to life, and just as importantly the mailing prompted members to think about their own lives, and what the Foundation could do for them. In a small format, we clearly managed to drive action and encourage members to apply for a Personal Grant online.
None of us anticipated this amazing level of response. We were so overwhelmed with applications we’re planning to spread mailing volumes out in future to make them more manageable to fulfil! A nice problem to have.
